Rahu Kethu Transit Results:

Coming 1st Sept 2020 (based on Vakya Panchangam), Rahu will be transiting from Mithuna/Gemini Sign to Rishba/Taurus Sign. Kethu will be transiting from Dhanusha/Sagittarius Sign to Virishika/Scorpio Sign.

The following are the results (from Phaladeepika classical text) due to the transits of Rahu and Kethu based on Moon Sign. Moon Sign refers to the natal position of one’s moon in their birth chart. This is also know as one’s Raasi based on their Indian Astrology Birth Chart.

Rishaba (Taurus) Moon Sign:
Rahu in the 1st Sign: Sickness/Health Issues
Kethu in the 7th Sign: Loss of Wealth/ Financial Difficulties

Mithuna (Gemini) Moon Sign:
Rahu in the 12th Sign: Expenditure
Kethu in the 6th Sign: Happiness.
Therefore, this will be of Mixed Results as Rahu indicates negative results while Kethu Indicates Positive results.

Kadagam (Cancer) Moon Sign:

Pariharam (Remedies) to be carried out by the following raasis:
Mesham (Aries), Virichigam (Scorpio), Thulam (Libra), Rishaba (Taurus)

Pariharam/Remedial Methods:

  1. Prayers to Lord Sree Ganesha in the forms of Archanai. Kethu is a Headless Graha and if there are afflications due to kethu, it is mentioned that one loses his head/Mind. Therefore, prayers carried out to Lord Ganesha (Elephant God whom was first beheaded later replaced with the Elephant Head) aids one. When one loses his mind, it’s the wisdom that aids him and prayers carried out to Lord Ganesha Is recommended as he represents the supreme form of wisdom.
  2. Participate in Rahu Kaal Poojas which is carried out for Durgaa Devi. Recommended Temples are Jurong East Murugan Temples and Potong Pasir Siva Durgaa Temple.
  3. Milk/Paal Abhishegams carried out for Naga Devathas or Rahu Kethu is recommended. One can carry out milk abhishegams with their own hands in Bukit Panchang Murugan Hill Temple.
  4. Putting Black Uriod Dhall for Sree Rahu Bhagawan or Horse Grams Dhall for Kethu Bhagawan is also recommended.

Note: Rahu Kethu Transits alone is not everything. Many other factors such as Dashas Bukthis, Yogas and other planetary transits need to be checked in totality before we can describe the results of a period.
